Patrick is President of Tegwaan Capital Corp. and a Registered Professional Engineer with 43 years of experience in capital markets, including corporate finance, consulting, and working with family offices, major companies, the International Finance Corporation, and Canadian Government entities. He has been involved in numerous company start-ups and operations and was a Member/Seatholder of both the Montreal and Alberta Stock Exchanges.

He holds a Master's in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Natal and an MBA from Harvard University. He has been a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute for over 40 years and is based in Toronto.
