David Fitel

David has an extensive background in legal and business advice, and as a entrepreneur, focusing on innovation in the areas of life sciences and food technology.  He is the President of Life Science Strategies, a global consultancy focused on the intersection between life sciences and food and nutrition.  The company’s goal is to help innovators in this area to accelerate development and commercialization by bringing together life science, business and nutrition to provide tailored guidance to its clients.

Previously, David served as General Counsel for a number of companies, including Mars (and its subsidiaries), and the Gates Foundation.

Mr. Feitel has completed both a Bachelor of Arts and a Doctorate of Law degrees from Duke University.

David is based in Washington, DC, USA.
